aa is as minimalistic of an arcade game as its name suggests. In it, you'll have to try to place a series of 'needles' inside a small, spinning circle. The only rule: don't touch the needles that are already stuck in the circle.
To release the needles, just touch the screen. When you do, the needle will be launched forward. If you get all of the needles on the circle, you beat the level. If, on the other hand, one of your needles hits another, you'll have to start again.
The first level is very simple, because you have just a few needles, and the center circle moves slowly. However, as you beat levels, you'll not only have many more needles to place, but the circle will move faster, and everything will get much more complicated.
aa is a simple arcade game that's been downloaded over 50 million times for a good reason: it is very, very addictive.
